Best software to batch-convert many image files?

I began taking many high-quality screenshots of games with ENB and they end up being large-sized (4-5MB for 1080p) PNG files. I want them to be more internet-friendly because I have a slow 512Kbites upstream connection. What is a good program I can use to convert like 20 PNG files into smaller-sized JPG files? I would prefer to be free, but it is not necessary. I wold also like to control the quality of conversion.

You could try multiple image resizer .NET, it's free for personal use. Available at: https://www.multipleimageresizer.net/download.aspx
