this video makes it pretty clear: PC is clearly the best way to play Fallout 4 thumb.gif

Shadows are better on PC and view distance is MUCH better on PC.

Here is the full video, skip to 46 seconds to see the drastic difference in view distance between PC and Xbox One/PS4
