Hi

I have 3 desktops all connected to a modem router via cat6 cables 100Mbps...2 of them get the right amount of speed, the 3rd with the Deluxe doesn't(Speedtest.net result 20Mbps)...I'm on windows 10 Enterprise installed on Samsung m.2 chip

Stuff that I did to rule out problems:

Wired Cable I tried with another desktop it works, automatically that means that the hub/port on the router works as well(I interchanged ports as well just in case)...
I had an external Realtek PCIe Card which I connected to the motherboard but still the problem persisted...
I updated all the drivers from the asus website...
I checked for malware and viruses...
I ruled out ISP throttling since its only on one computer...
I updated BIOS through EZ flash no luck...

What I noticed is the speed works for 1 min when I plug in the wire into the router or vice versa on speedtest.net

so basically I'm thinking either its a BIOS setting problem
Or a setting I don't know about on Windows 10 that slows the internet down

If someone has any idea.... I could try my last option would be to format but I really want to do that as a last resort...

Help Appreciated
Thanks
