280x okay, but Fury? They are not even the same league.

EDIT: Is there even an 280X with 2GB?

Game's are definitely getting more multi threaded when a 8120 is the recommended cpu. Specs look normal otherwise, especially when you consider that amd gpu recommendations are usually incorrect and all over the place

These are RECOMMENDED. Probably means that Fury can reach a higher performance that is recommended over 280x/380.

The PC requirements for games always dazzles me, I can't recall a PC requirement for a game and saying ''that's a fair required specs, it makes perfect sense''.

So 960 from Nvidia and Fury X from AMD? Makes even less sense.

Ubisoft employee 1: Yeah, R9 280X is what will be needed.
Ubisoft employee 2: But people always complain about the mismatch between the NVIDIA and AMD recommendations. What should we do?
Ubisoft employee 1: Well...then just to be sure, throw the whole AMD line up in there.
