Hi. Can this PSU run R9 380 4GB?

now works good with my old HD 5870

If you can spend money on a new video card you should get a new PSU as well.
You can keep that old OCZ if you want but you really should get something better.

what would be good enough for R9 380? I use now AMD Phanom x4 960T 4Ghz 112 W use of power.
yes it can run 380 but with an older CPU I suggest to go with a nvidia card, since the CPU overhead on AMD is gonna limit this card's performance. Better get a 960, even though it is probably slightly slower overall.
If you wonder what CPU overhead is, then check this out, the thing I'm poiting to starts around 0:40
R9 280 is generally faster than GTX 760, but on an i3 processor 280 loses to 760 by almost 20fps in CPU intensive parts of game. 760 with i3 hovers around 60 fps even when the CPU is stressed, while 280 drops to 40fps. Even 3770k+280 loses to i3 + 760 in certain scenes.
