Well, if you look at how many of Corsair's steel&plastic 900D sold, I dont think its particularly the price that's the issue. Brand recognistion is the bigger problem here I think, In Win is still fairly unknown. They should send out more review samples, etc.

there are many variable to selling any product. but I mention price as it is most buyers number one factor in purchases. and look at how even on just this one forum there was more interest in this case BEFORE the retail price was given.

to each his own , they say. at this point I am stoked I got this case at the price I did, It is a beauty and honestly can't see it being an issue , not one to be hunting benchmark records here lol. I wanted something that for one looks good and that will last. this case I feel has both. I was taken aback sort of as this case thickness is like 1/4 inch on that huge solid piece of aluminum.

one of these days I will start to build in it and post up some photos.

WAit you bought the 909 case and still haven't put anything in there? Is the discount code still work on Newegg?

sorry code done, I got it literally in the very last minute it was active, I had been checking every few days on the case at the egg and one day i looked it had the discount code so I jumped at it. I actually wanted silver but the black i got is beautiful, glad I got black.

so yeah its sitting right next to my desk right now. nothing at all done to it. I'm in no great hurry. going to play with changing color inside case. can't really mod the case at all with a build in it tongue.gif plus I always RUSH to build in a new case every time I get one, this time I want to know everything I want to do with the case THEN build it out.

also debating on custom WC loop and at this point its going to take some "buttering up" of THE BOSS tongue.gif lol the boss can be a tough sell at times, almost had her when I told her I saved over 100 dollars on this case. but the WC parts I am considering easily cost more than the case did so, its not so easy.

in the meantime I use the case I have now, TT core X9. but its simply WAY to big for me.

here is my 909 as it is today .... decisions decisions tongue.gif

for those talking about NO space in front of fans. well this shows it better than anything else. onthe left front side see the two screw stand offs? that is to be clear where the front of case is secured. there is exactly a ONE inch space there to the fan mount. note the much bigger than 1/8 inch gap at bottom as well. the white you see bottom middle is the led bar for front in win logo.

Would you care to add why?

Between cost of case + fans or water cooling + extension power cables that were needed it seemed like a waste of money.

So the reason you returned it was because of the price? Or you can't put watercooling in it? or you have to use power cable extension for the motherboard?

Nice man, how did you take the outer aluminum piece out? Was it easy like just unscrew or what? thx.
