If you use an add2PSU and have two in your system it means your voltage regulation on both of them is going to hell.

And as long as you dont mess around with BIOS volt mods on your GTX 980 Ti cards you dont need more then a 750 watt PSU, if you want to replace it you need better quality more then more wattage.

Alright I'll use my 750RM then.
The other PSU was a Thermaklate Berlin

So the Max power consuption from your beatiful thread (GPU'S) is not realistic with default BIOS Settings?

You can take that Berlin and throw it a dumpster its terrible, its more suited as a booksttoper (or whatever you call them?)

The power draw numbers from that thread is for the cards alone without BIOS volt mods.
Do you know what a BIOS volt mod is? it has nothing to do with the motherboard BIOS if thats what you are thinking.

Got a little bit confused earlier...
Nope..I'm using the default BIOS with my 980ti.
But when I'm going for the second one, I'll underclock both cards to the reference clock rate.
I mean my 2x 770's worked also fine with my PSU.

You can run 2x GTX 770 on a 600 watt PSU because they they dont draw all that much.
If you keep everything at stock in your system the 750 watt RM is more then enough, you can overclock the CPU but i would leave the GTX 980 Ti cards as they are.

As said the RM is not bad but they are not all that great either.
Worst part is the price which is a massive ripoff, there are better options out there that cost less.
