My all-time favourite shape is the KanaV2 closely followed by the G100s. However, I didn't like the scroll wheels on either of them. KanaV2 didn't have very distinct steps and the G100s squeaked and malfunctioned constantly.

Got mine in today. Installed the software, clicked to set it on 1000hz and everything locked up immediately. Right back to my Castor.

Not surprised to see a mouse with a Holtek MCU turning out to be a bad product. Looks like low end factories use this MCU and these factories don't do a good job making products.

natshuba, and m0uz, can you email me directly your problems?I will bring this up with the product team this week and get this looked into asap. Worst case, we'll get you to send your mice in and we can look at them and send new ones.

We've got a lot of people with the mice and very happy, including all our LoL team who are playing with the flick on stage and won 2-0 this week... so I can assure you that these are rare cases, and the products are made to be good enough for competitive esports gaming... so if there's something wrong on yours this is not the norm!
