We've got a lot of people with the mice and very happy, including all our LoL team who are playing with the flick on stage and won 2-0 this week... so I can assure you that these are rare cases, and the products are made to be good enough for competitive esports gaming... so if there's something wrong on yours this is not the norm!

Not often you get a CEO asking for feedback ;D

not really useable like that.

if someone wants pictures from the inside ... just tell me.

Have you already opened it up?

not gonna use it or waist time on shipping it back (don't know if that is even possible)

so i don't mind opening it ... if some people are interested.

Hi Celltech,

Please contact me (Henry) at support@fnatic.com and we'll arrange either a replacement or refund. Our technical team also thinks that your issue may be fixable with a firmware update. They'll know for certain tomorrow (Monday).

Thanks,

Henry

I don't want to be mean or sound selfish because I know others are having issues but why was I left hanging for a week with no response?

if you can fix it with a firmware upgrade ... fine

if not, i dont waste my time at the post office and spent 15-20 € to ship a broken mouse back to you to get another one like it.

i guess i gonna open it and see if i can fix it myself.

Agreed. If I need to pay to send it back, I'll take the refund, thanks.

Hi Mouz,

We dropped the ball on our side this week. We're sorry!

We're stretched pretty thin at the moment but things are getting better on our side as we're improving and scaling up our resources and processes to cope with the phenomenal demand for Fnatic Gear!

I've assigned your case back to me (Henry) for now, so I personally keep in better touch with this issue.

It's looking like your issue can likely be fixed by a firmware update. We'll be able to confirm and help more this coming week as our Product team gets back into the office and on this issue.

Thanks,

Henry

We're pretty confident it's fixable with a firmware update. These two cases you're reporting are incredibly isolated, but nevertheless, our Product team are looking to fix your issues as a matter of priority this week thumb.gif
