They got double what they asked for. $133,700 was what they wanted.

Yet they're still unable to provide something as simple as quality control to overlook the manufacturing of their 'e-gear'. Interesting. I really like this mouse. I just wish they really spent the time to do some QC and implement better software (like friggin' LOD options) --- mad.gif

So, Darko (of Fnatic Gear) finally got back to me via email. I got the copy and paste template which suggests I uninstall all the mouse drivers of other mice, plug this into USB 2.0 (not 3.0) and to reboot my computer. As skeptical as that sounded, I did that. And what happened? Same thing. The lift off distance remained the same and the sensor jitter is still there.

Sad as this sounds, this is the only way I able to remedy the lift off distance issue. Seems trivial until you start realizing that the tape underneath your mouse is snagging on your mouse pad and you have to replace it. Come on, Fnatic Gear, this mouse is great. Why implement a great sensor onto a decent mouse shell and skimp out on the lift off distance and sensor jitter issues?

Because factory. 3310 is as industry-standard as can get.

The Jitter was why I had to get rid of it, just absolutely unbearable & I tried hard to overlook it but in the end no dice. It is one the few ambi mice that did not give me a little wrist pain after some quality play time. Hope they fix that soon for other buyers.

How long did Fnatic tell us to wait for a FW update? Was it 3 months?

So it was more 'within 3 months' as opposed to 'after 3 months'?

More so to me it seemed like 'one of the days here whenever we figure out our absolute blunder'. They have been quite mum about it, mouse is available in the US likely with the same issues. Just sad. Who knows when it will get done.
