Well, 'Darko' (the person who responds whenever it comes to questions regarding RMA or LOD issues from me) told me they were working on a firmware update to address the LOD issue in about 3 months. This was told to me back in March when I purchased their mouse. Makes you wonder and think: "Wait, you told me it was going to take about 3 months.............. 3 months ago!" tongue.gif

There are a lot of mice out there that implement the same sensor and have no LOD issue (like Zowie's mice) or have an actual LOD setting you can change (like the Mionix Castor). Not so sure why it's taking so long to implement a fix on a mouse that seems like it was rushed out the door for sales.

Yeah, it is very disappointing. And considering it is the only mouse they have, kind of ridiculous also.

My mouse hasn't arrived yet from Amazon and I'm already planing on returning it. Amazing **** xD

Yea it was very rushed lol

Rushed? More like it's the end result of some clowns thinking that paying some factory to spit out a mouse will end well.

Depending on how you look at it, Xtrfy did it right in a way. No customer support at all. Because in fnatic's case you are simply being strung along with "we are working on it."

They put no effort into this mouse. The driver and software are literally from a generic GSPY dev kit.

Lol. "For gamers BY gamers" -- I think the expectations were too high for a team that spawned production for gear off a kickstarter and then decided to sell stuff. If I had to seriously play competitively and had a choice of the G1 or a Zowie, SteelSeries or Razer mouse, I'd go for any of those over this G1 (at its current state) any day.thumb.gif

The quality control of Fnatic Gear must be terrible. My Flick just arrived, tested it out and in a few seconds realised the LOD distance issue was a fact. Not only that: the sensor died in about 10 minutes while changing DPI settings. Only clicks work; the sensor decided he is too tired of tracking **** already.

Good job Fnatic Gear. I'm not even gonna RMA it. Just gonna get my money back.

PS: The Boost control mouspad is also pretty bad. The surface has tracking issues with my current G303 and the base has very little friction so it is easily moved. Very disappointed.

^^This mouse had so much potential. The build quality is great on the outside (I'm a fan of the rubber coating) but the insides (excluding the switches and sensor) feel hollow. It's like this mouse was 50% finished. Compared to my Castor and EC2-A, this mouse feels really 'hollow'. That's the best way I can describe how this mouse feels. It's like a plastic empty conch shell with mouse buttons rolleyes.gif Maybe it's my copy, but the clicks feel shallow/hollow with a weird thud.
