Thank you for this code though. Can it be made to always link to the first page?

So I made some small changes to "Put the search box on the navbar" style. I forget all the changes I made so I'll just post the whole thing:
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Code:
.ui-header-fixed ul#main-nav .search > a {
display: none !important;
}

.search-bar-outer {
position: absolute !important;
top: 22px !important;
height: 0px !important;
border: medium none !important;
display: inline-block !important;
width:280px !important;
right:auto !important;
}

.fixed-scroll-breakpoint .search-bar-outer {
top: 0px !important;
}

.ui-header-fixed #advanced-search-submit, .ui-header-fixed #advanced-search-submit:hover {
top:28px !important;
color:#FFFFFF !important;
left: 221px;
font-size: 8px!important;
font-family: -webkit-body;
text-transform: capitalize;
}

input#search {
width:200px !important;
}

#search-form .btn {
width:60px !important;
left:210px;
}

#search-bar {
position: absolute;
display: inline-block;
}
.ui-header-fixed #search-bar .btn {
    margin: 6px 7px 0 1px;
    bottom: 12px;
    font-size: 14px;
}

Version 1.3 is now live! All of the links in the post above will bring you to version 1.3 even though the text says v1.2.

Changelog

  • Version 1.3
    • Name change from "OCN New Classic" to "OCN Classic"
    • Now all of the buttons on the site are the correct color.
    • Fixed the black hover color on a pressed Multi button.
    • The Submit button on the "Edit Thread" page is now the correct size.

  • Version 1.2
    • Fixed sticky underlining problem for the entire site
    • Linked the thread title at the top of a thread page (the last breadcrumb). It links to the first page in the thread.
    • Pagination buttons now have the correct colors

What name fits better for this theme?

  • OCN New Classic
  • OCN Classic

Edit: Name changed. smile.gif

None of the buttons have separate hover colors. Is that a design choice, or something you intend to add later?

"OCN Classic" sounds better to me. The old layout/theme is gone for good.

It's just a design choice for now. Personally, I have no need for button hover effects. smile.gif However, I will make it a theme option if it's something that's desired by enough people!

Yeah, I admit that I like the name "OCN Classic" too! The only reason why I haven't moved to that name yet is I feared that it would imply that this theme reverts back to what we had before OCN dropped this new theme on us. That's when I thought, "well wait... it's the classic look, but it's new because of the navbar and its menus and the flat squared buttons."

Anyway, the name has been changed. smile.gif I have also updated the text color in my OP. Is it ok?

It's a nice color, but applying a custom font color post-wide doesn't look very good, and can even seem unprofessional. It's best to stick with the "automatic" color, and use custom colors sparingly. Just my personal opinion.
