No Dead / Stuck pixels, zero scan line at 100hz, no noticeable backlight bleed, but as its IPs a little glow, but extremely small just on the top left edge, and not really worth mentioning.

Looks like a got good one smile.gif

I've had to work today so haven't tested many games, I did run the Bioshock Infinite benchmark at 3440 x 1440 100hz in 4-way sli, and obviously I do take a hit in performance on the DX11 ultra test, but lowest was 55fps average was 90 fps, max was 500 but that's at fade in/out sections, 200fps seems to be the mark for most of the first test. This was around the 400fps mark on my 1920 x1220 monitor.

No problems getting the 100hz refresh rate. As long as there is something going on on screen the refresh toggle works every quickly.

Tested Metro Last Light, everything at ultra, was also averaging around 90fps.

Probably wont get a chance to test it out properly in games until the weekend

Not ideal but I don't plan on upgrading my Titans until pascal.

I haven't tested to see if a single Titan can achieve 100hz yet.

Very happy so far with the monitor smile.gif)

Low blue light setting is not bad, you can notice the difference in colour reproduction, but its very slight until level 4 which is unusable IMO.

Pai £999.95 for mine, definitely getting a second UltaWide :-)

I'll post some pics at the weekend.

CES we usually get the latest on monitors Mobo's etc, but the juicy info in GPU's doesn't usually surface until the GTC in April. I think that's when we will Know for sure about if Pascal is to be or not to be this year...

Can you please download the Nvidia pendulum demo here: http://www.nvidia.ca/coolstuff/demos#!/g-sync

And run it with g-sync enabled, the monitor OCed to 100hz and report back if you see any scanlines? Within the demo you can change the FPS, if you could, you should lower that and see if scanlines appear as the FPS goes lower. They were most noticeable on the gray background area.

This was the number one deal breaker for the x34 for most users and cannot be attributed to poor QC like BLB can. Many of us are hoping to have what the x34 offered but without scanlines. The x34 was freaking amazing, as you'll soon learn using your pg348q, but the scanlines were unacceptable. We've only had one report of no scanlines on the pg348q so far.

Here are two images from Smoobandit on the acer forums to show you what to look for (http://community.acer.com/t5/Predator-Monitors/Predator-X34-OC-amp-GSYNC-Scanline-problem/td-p/393009).

Thanks in advance.

I've tested it and I can thankfully say no scan lines :-) I tried 100hz, 85hz, and 75hz, and up again. 60fps, 40-60fps, and supersampled, orbiting camera.

Definitely looks like the no scan lines image you linked. maybe better.

Definitely wont be able to send any photos until the weekend, tomorrow a new contract starting, and Friday, a funeral.

I love this monitor!!!

Gorgeous picture quality :-)

Cant wait to get gaming at the weekend :-)))

A bit disappointed Dishonoured doesn't have a 3440 x 1440 setting :-((, bought the expansion packs ages ago and didn't get around to them.

I really hope your experiences are the norm. I can't wait for this to be released in the US so I can get my hands on one.

Thank you very much for checking this! +rep

I certainly hope this is the norm as well, but so far so good.

Very strange about dishonored though as I know 1.2 brought multi-monitor support... perhaps take a look here and try the FOV fix http://www.wsgf.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=68&t=24834

Very true. I'd never buy anything from Amazon Marketplace that isn't Fulfilled by Amazon. Might as well buy from a guy on the street the amount of protection you get... well maybe not THAT bad haha!

That glow / bleeding! (Remember that the camera often exaggerates the bleed / glow.)

From the french forum:

Gotta love these pictures. If it were an OLED display in the photo instead, even with the overexposure from the camera, it'd be invisible!

Here is my review, I just got the monitor yesterday. The IPS glow is fine, and there is no dead pixels too. Overclock to 100hz is working well, my GPU is Asus Strix GTX 970. cheers.gif

PS: I live in Taiwan. The price of PG348Q in my country is 46900 NTD, which is 1421 USD.
