Here is the plan. I will be running two water cooled loops in this large case. I am going to be using two pumps for each loop. To help with pressure and as a back up so if one dies the loop will still work. If it can be water cooled I will be putting it under water. I know some of the items that I am going to water cool may not be seen or they are just for looks. As you will see from my log so far I have bought some items and others I will be reusing from my last build. This build may not go as fast as some but I will finish some day. If you see any thing that does not make sense or will not work please let me know. If you have any thoughts as to what to add to items that I have not bought or made a choice on please let me know. If you have any questions about anything that I have done please ask and I will let you know.

This is my plan on my drain that I will have hidden in the bottom chamber and tucked under the case pedestal. I will be using a pass through to go through the bottom. I will be using a stop fitting when I am not draining the loop as extra protection with the valve. When I drain the loops I will be using the G1/4 tube fitting attached to the valve. I will be adding a pass through at the top to be my fill port. It will go directly down through the top and the bottom of the top chamber into the two reservoirs I will be using.

Well I have not stopped the build. I have just been busy with work. I have made some progress and will post some pictures very soon. I have gotten my MB, graphics card and a few more goodies. I have mounted most of them. I have been working on the water loops and the cables to them all.

I have my 2 loops almost complete. I just have to get a few more connectors. I miscalculated by two connectors. The bottom four radiators are all hooked up. I just need the two connectors to complete the two loops up top. I also have hooked up all of it to the aquaro system. Once I get the connectors I will be able to do my leak test. I will then take some photos of it and see what you think.

Hopefully I will have some pic of my leak testing this weekend. I have gotten almost all of my tubes ran at this time. I have also gotten almost all of my cables sleeved and ran also. Once I get my two top runs complete I will add the water and do the leak test. I need to connect the one last power adjust and fabwerk to power. I need to run my 4 pin for my motherboard. I need to complete sewing my 8 pin for my motherboard. Measure my power for my blueray and DVD players. Run my leds to my resivors, memory, graphic card, motherboard and hard drive. Once all of this is done I will be complete. YAHOO.

Well I finally have it up and running. Had a few minor problems. My first was a major leak during the first time I filled the blue loop. Down in the bottom compartment where my bottom rad goes into the middle rad I had a bad leak. I had to take it all apart and put in a new connector and a new peace of tube. After that one it was fine. I got all of the loops filled and started my first 8 hour leak test. After all of that all was great for a few days. I started to go through and get the bios all set up and installed my OS. I installed the Aquaro control software and started to set all of my components up in it. I finally got all of them attached and set up and running. Then I ran into my second problem. My red loop pump stopped running. This caused my processor to heat up fast and melted the tube I had going into it. I now had my second major leak. Luckily I caught it in time and nothing got hurt. After cutting a new peace of tube for that I refilled the loop and crossed my fingers. So far all has been running great. I am still learning the system and the Aquaro but all is well.
