So, does this mean Im in 4:2:2? Anyway to fix it?

There is often only one HDMI port that will do 4k 60, make sure its in the right one. If there is a way to name your input or define input type, try naming it "PC". Check your GPU software and make sure it is set to FULL RGB. I am not a set guru, and you dont have your hardware listed in your sig, so there is only so much guessing I can do. Play around with it, it might just be something easy in the display's menus.

60hz? What? Why don't we have 4k 120Hz adapters?
Because neither HDMI 2.0 nor DP 1.2 supports 3840 x 2160 @ 120Hz. rolleyes.gif

and there are no 4k 120hz monitors/TV's. you might see one marketed as 4k 120hz, but it usually means its 4k 60hz (1080p 120hz).

All of the ports on my monitor are labeled '4K 60Hz', so I don't think that is the issue. I'm running 290x's, so I don't know what else to look at.

not to be rude, but it is a seiki, maybe the issue is the TV? at this point the next thing to check is the monitor/tv itself. though i know it may be difficult to find someone who has a 4k tv you can take your PC over to test.

I've given up on chroma. It doesnt seem to be an issue anyways.

I have another issue though. In games like Arma 3, the cursor doesnt align with the menu items and have to aim my cursor way below a certain menu to actually highlight it. What is this issue and how do I fix it?

That's the game not working correctly with the higher resolution. Have you tried reinstalling?

I also noticed on many TV's that 4:2:2 is brighter with more vibrant colors than 4:4:4, even both are properly calibrated.

Some games don't work correctly with Windows scaling. Set the scaling to 100%. I've had to do this with Fallout 4 and Battlefield Bad Company 2.
