Super Flower Leadex.

As for extra rad, I've mounted another rad on top of the case, a lot of ppl don't like it and say it destroys the natural look and purpose of the case(but then they love other case mods, cutting cases to pieces, changing front covers, psu shrouds etc) but it does the job. one 480 rad wasn't enough for me, my idea of watercooling is keep chips super cool and case very quiet even under heavy loads. one 480 will be enough, but tou need to spin your fans quite high and the temps won't be very low. If you're gonna spend half a grand on watercooling parts make sure it performs great and give you a headroom, not just enough...
my temps are: 48°C cpu, max I ever had
38°C gpu, max I ever had
33°C max water temp
fans never go over 1000 rpm, d5 @ 3 speed

What plate did you use to attach like that? I was thinking of someone attaching a second 480 off the bottom, maybe a horizontal runner between the two bottom glass standoffs with thin RAD or two on that.

I just use QDCs and have a 1080mm Phoyba running behind the P5. Function over form and all that jazz.

that's a great solution. I'm actually seriously considering Watercool MO-RA 420 behind my P5 biggrin.gif

Yeah, aesthetically it's not the most stunning for the photos, but it does wonders. Single 480 doesn't cut it sometimes! You can buy the cage, however. I just use the T shape feet personally, but with the cage you could make it look presentable. Of course if you're wall mounting, things get tricky.

Do you have a pic of this so I can have an idea of the setup and how well it would work on a wall mounted system?

My Core P5 came in today smile.gif Put on the feet (which sadly involved removing the 16 screws holding the feet plates on because it was impossible for me to put those screws in due to not having a magnetic screw driver, and screwed in the steel poles for the glass. Should have the rest of the parts coming in the next few weeks!

UPDATE: I will say the instructions for this case are very hard to understand for a first time builder like myself... I built my girlfriends computer with a friend but he did most of the work and showed me how to do a lot of it, but this is my first time on my own. I wish more time had been put into explaining certain sections. I'm figuring it out but some has been guess work (which size screw for the pump bracket as there seems to be three sizes). I'm just afraid I'm going to screw up and not find out till later.

Just to be clear, this is my first build and I've barely work with tools and building things. tongue.gif I also tend to over think things... so maybe I sound ridiculous right now lol. Just thought I'd give my input on the instructions from the eyes of a first time, extremely novice, builder/ biggrin.gif

The instruction problem is with all Thermaltake cases. I just picked up a Core V21 for my HTPC (squeezing an E-ATX board inside!) and the instructions where the same as the P5. mad.gif

Yeah, what are the weird circle things with the adhesive on one side used for? Just to cover the backs of the screw? I haven't used any so I was wondering if they were important?
