Thermaltake Core P5 Owners' Club - Page 139

Sounds complicated for me as Im not really a creative person, but sounds interesting too, I don't suppose I'll be needing one much, it's just handy

Does anyone know if it might be possible to shoehorn a 5.25" drive anywhere? Ideally somewhere not visible (its actually a 3.5" mechanical drive in a silent enclosure).

me again.
Got Ezdiy cable the other day, thing didn't work either frown.gif again, it works fine in pcie 2.0 slot pcie 3.0 is messed. It boots and posts a signal but screen resolution is so low and in gpu-z it doesn't recognise the gpu(most fields are grey with "0"), also no nvidia panel on right click and msi afterburner also says zero(no card recognised). Returned the cable to Amazon frown.gif
now, two options; I'm gonna have to drain my loop anyway(adding Watercool MoRa at the back biggrin.gif) and I might just install my card in initial orientation(connected to mobo) or leave it in pcie 2.0 as it is?(did some benchmarks before and score in Firestrike and Unigine Valley was exactly the same in 3.0 and 2.0 slot, that was on Asus z97 Gryphon, somewhow I got it working for a while in pcie 3.0 slot and then it stopped and never worked again).

DISREGARD - It was my wires... rolleyes.gif (FIXED IT)

Hey guys, I finally got around to testing my loop... my pump likes to create a vortex and keeps pulling air into the loop. I am assuming this just means it is running at full blast, so I hooked up my AQ6 and have the PWM plugged into Fan4... Switch the control to PWM as well... set the min power to 0% and set it on min profile... no speed change, I must of wired my PWM cable wrong when I sleeved it, anyone know which goes to which PINS? There is a dark blue and light teal from the D5 from Aquapcomputer

You need the ant-vortex trident for the MMRS, that will kill the vortex. Even at full speed you shouldn't be getting a vortex. Sorry I can't answer the AQ6 thing.

I tried to search it, couldnt find anything on it. Do you happen to have a link for it? (ant-vortex trident for the MMRS)

thank you!

I will keep my eye opened, it only goes into vortex when my pump his over 50%. As far as I can tell right now, it is no longer a big issue since I was able to control my pump via PWM and bleed the system. thumb.gif

Also waiting for the dang inverters too

Thank you!

I have an interesting question for all of the builders in here, How many fitting's went into your build, in the p5 I did for my grandkids there where 44 fitting's in that build. OMG biggrin.gif

Holy!!!! 44 fitting?!?!?!? WOW!
I only used around 17 fittings (7x90degrees, 2 extensions, 6 hardtube multilinks, 1 T-Block and 1 Valve for drainage)
but I went with Bitspower fittings and OD 12MM PETG tubes and some bendings. Maybe I used so little fittings is because bitspower 90degrees for OD12MM hard tube fittings built in.
