Here you go for 4K but your max temp on your run is 4 degrees cooler so that's probably worth a couple hundred points.

If i remember correctly it never went over 1850 but still close score.

Picked up one of these to play around with (Didn't want to get a whole rig swap just yet) and found this thread!

I swapped out my 4790K and put this into my Asus Hero VII, with 32GB 2400 C10 DDR3.
With vcore at 1.32v (using offset) and Vcache at 1.275v its running at 4.3 / 3.9 right off the bat.

Still early days but looking good. Validation to follow smile.gif

oh, snap, you got a Platinum, too. i suspect that voltage you are at is your 4.2 setting, tho. i can't believe it posted at that voltage tbh. You may very well have a 4.4 @ 1.36v chip there, stable, and if somehow your current settings hold up that could be the first real 4.5 up in here. that is going to smash.

I'm back thumb.gif

I would like to remove IHS from my chip. Going to use Rockit Cool delit tool. Any advices and special notes about it? It will be my first time so help me to avoid doing damage smile.gif

EDIT - I found this instructions saved :

Physically the Rockit 88 will delid the 5775c however you will need to
deviate from the instructions.
Normally you would line up the gold triangle on the CPU with the triangle on
the delid tool. This ensures that the IHS is moved in the proper direction
to prevent any damage to the electronics and the CPU silicone die.
With the 5775 you would need to rotate the CPU in the tool. Rotate it 90
degrees counter clockwise. This will line up the movement of the IHS so as
to prevent any damage to the internal electronics.

I've been gaming for past two days without issue. In fact, i've dropped vcache to 1.275v too. In testing i found cinebench shows instability in voltage settings quickly. Prime 95; Realbench etc all fine.

that's a crazy good chip right there. i am running 4.3 daily, too, but i require a lot more voltage to do it. 1.376v is what I am at now, i may be able to tighten it a bit. I bet you could hold 4.4 at that voltage.

I just beat your 2nd best Timespy @Veg28, but it was invalid b/c damn hotfix drivers apparently are unacceptable to 3dmark. da bastages. my graphics score was 10,965 but my cpu was 4935. so i beat your gpu score, but that 4.4 beastly Broadwell you got gave you a 5100 cpu score on a 4 core, which is just dumb high. kudos on that broadwell, sir.

Oh well.
Did break that 10,500 SuPo 4kOp test barrier, though, too. That one was a bear for me to get. Took 2088 locked to 1.063v on the Aorus Ti and 4.3core 3.8cache on the Broadwell to get it.

ok, guys, fooling around with ram and so far have been getting pretty good results. So I was running 2133 c-9 and my ram scores in performancemark were very consistently 2040. Here's with 2667 c-11 tight (performance). btw, that 98% is database which is highlighted. Overall it's a 99%, over 100 points into the 99%. Gonna go game test it.
