How reliable is Jet.com? Is Jet a "authorized reseller" for GPUs - can you use RMA or EVGA step up programs with their receipt?

Does anyone know how reliable Jet.com is? I've heard that they're like ebay, and their fulfillment order might be hit or miss.

Right now they're running 15-20% off anything in the site with promo codes, which can result in GPUs $30-$40 lower than Amazon/Newegg...assuming they're a reliable website.

Edit:
Thanks for the input guys. Another question – how do you register your card with Jet.com, and does this create problems for companies that require “authorized resellers”?

For example, I don’t think I can use the Step Up program for EVGA if I buy it from Jet.com. My warranty also might be shorter than the standard 3 years.

Do other GPU companies like Zotac, PNY, XFX, ASUS, etc also require their warranty to be based on “authorized resellers”?

Seen numerous people on NeoGAF order from them without issue (they had some big promo back around Black Friday that people were using to get awesome deals on video games). They seem pretty reliable. I personally have not used them though.

I've used them twice, was just fine. if you are worried, try 'em out but don't order anything time-sensitive. they won't steal your money.

Just bought a r9390 from them, no problem and great deal with all the promos and no rebates. Was as well packaged as anything I've received from amazon/newegg and of course thr gpu box was sealed.

Used them a handful of times, always pretty quick, only order things that I don't care if they mess up though (heard a few stories of them getting things like GPU orders messed up).

Relatively quick, got an HTPC case 3 days after ordering, got my V21 case ~2 days after ordering. Was faster than Newegg's non-premier shipping by a long shot (and Newegg ships from IN which pretty close to me).

I just bought my little brother a 970 GTX from them last week. It came in about 4 days from the re-seller. I was happy with the whole thing. Haven't heard of any major problems with Jet. Much better than Newegg shipping for me, which just took two weeks to finally get my 6700k and mobo to me.

Took me 5 days to receive my package, not amazon but good enough for free and no tax in CA.

I've bought two PC parts from them. No issues and shipping equivalent to newegg as far as time to arrive.

Their return policy is as easy as Amazon's via online with prepaid shipping labels that are easy to print off. They use FedEx FYI.
