@sblantipodi Sorry to hear about your replacement cooler man. It's unfortunate that you got a replacement from us that suppose to work and yet it failed in a short amount of time. To me, that's just bad luck, that's all. That rarely happens if we look at the # of Corsair AIO coolers out there in the field that are still running for many years to this day. You definitely have a valid case, but it's not direct representation of all our cooler's integrity. We do see faulty units off the bat from time to time, but the percentage is relatively small.

As for your 2nd RMA, don't worry about the shipping fee, I'll take care of that. Post your ticket # here and I'll work with our RMA team and will advice them to send you a pre-paid label instead so you don't pay a dime when you send it back.

If I RMA the broken unit I will have two unit.
Can you refund the price you want instead of giving me a new unit?
You will save in the shipping cost since you don't need to send me a working unit.

Yeah, in terms of refunds, credits and such, that's a little out of our hands, unfortunately. That type of procedure is normally done through your re-seller. Not that we don't want to, we simply don't have the structure to process that kind request.

Nothing new. Had the same thing happening with a H60. H60 tubes start to degrade to a worrisome point - I do RMA - Brand new H60 comes and surprise,the pump does not work.

Atleast they had the decency to give me a free upgrade to an H80i.
