So maybe just a streak of bad luck there for ya?

But anyways name one company around that will pay for shipping costs without you arguing with them? And a company that if you don't call (assuming they got a phone customer service) and go to the forums to hunt their guys that will answer your requests in a timely manner?

Its the industry standard from my previous experience.

Repeating what i've said in the past : IMHO Corsair should stick to memory products.. the diversification into other products is not what it shoulda/coulda been. I'll give some leeway as long as they stick to Seasonic build PSUs. The rest however.... well.... not so. The branch out into PC Cases was welcome and refreshing, but nowadays, they are really not that good nor innovative anymore -except maybe for the hi-end "flagship" models... the "more budget friendly" models can be bought directly from Shenzhen at $ 2 to $ 8 a case.
Signing away their soul to Asetek didnt get them any brownie points either. And dont get me started on LINK..

Nah, the branching out & diversification -while necessary for any company when facing fierce competition- is not what it could have been. If it weren't for the fanboys that would have been much prevalent in the revenue figures.

That being said, i wont buy anything else as Corsair Memory... its what they've always been and remain good at smile.gif

Looks like there's not a lot of Corsair love here frown.gif I can totally understand why some of you guys feel that way, as I am consumer too like most of you. But hey, we do try our best for the most part, though we're not perfect on every single aspect of our business, there's always an area where we can grow and improve certain process to make it a much better experience for you guys as we move forward. It's actually good to see constructive criticisms on public forums, t's a good reminder for us that there's still work that needs to be done to make Corsair a better company in this industry. So I do appreciate the honest feedback from you guys, keep them coming thumb.gif

In any rate,. If you guys need our assistance or if you have inquiries about Corsair products, you're always welcome to contact me directly smile.gif

For a budget build, Corsair might be "ok" but for anything past that, just no.

Far better options out there for everything, PSUs, Coolers etc. AIO coolers are just pointless imo, air coolers do the same for half the price or less. If you want to watercool, build a proper loop.

Umm corsair PSUs are some of the best in the industry so much so that the only power supply I have ever seen get a perfect score from Johnny Guru was a Corsair PSU, over 8 years of reviewing power supplys. One of the most regarded PSU Reviewers in the industry and only 1 power supply got a perfect score.

Corsair Ram is again pretty much the best or one of the best brands on the market with the Dominator Platinum being the most used ram in high end builds.

The AIOs I will agree with, and there cases do not exactly scream quality however they are better than most of the others, but they aint no CL, MM, LL.

I got love for corsair smile.gif, I have to RMA 2 different things with you guys in the past. 1 was just a normal RMA nothing special good or bad just normal. However 1 was a Corsair PSU that shorted and took my drives with it, I told support that in passing. I wasn't too worried about the drives they were a few years old, but support said no we will replace them. Not only did you guys reimburse me for them you gave me the amount they were new, which was much much more than there current price but your reps said no we go by your receipt for them so you get that price.

That is the best RMA experience I have ever had when a company fights with you to give you more money that is just amazing. You guys have earned your reputation of the best customer support in our industry and dont forget that thumb.gif. Haters always going to hate, so just shake shake shake tongue.gif.

OP got his issued resloved I see which is why I came here to tell him (he would) but it already happened so no need smile.gif. Glad all worked out OP thumb.gif

It just goes to the old saying, You can do a million things right, mess up once and that follows you always, but dont let it get to you, and remember the scorn always have the loudest voice.

I agree, I buy corsair products since the Pentium 4/Athlon XP era, you always done your best.
I had troubles with your products, it's normal that some products needs RMA but you always helped me and I appreciate it.
I really appreciate the fact that you care the "no downtime" RMA. This is important to me.

For this reason if there are two products with the same quality that I want to buy, I surely buy the Corsair one even with a small price premium.
