Got into a deep discussion with a VR Game Dev today and he says that the vive is the Gen 1 winner and expect some more cool news from HTC regarding hardware. I agree the Vive is pretty good and its been proven those who offer an open platform more often succeed. Oculus is dead to me. Good luck to the owners of CV1 there are some good things to offer.

I really want a Hololens! Considering doing all sorts of dodgy stuff just to get a hololens from USA lol. Check out the Autodesk + Hololens vid on YouTube. Pretty cool!

My daughter is 2 and has a wonderful life with tech ahead. Such great times!

It's a decent 6-8 hour experience, but I'm not sure the $40 price is worth it. I think $20 would be more like it.

Pretty early for gen 2 news, but who knows they could give us some future hardware roadmap. I believe the Vive sold way more units that they were expecting. Valve stated that they now have 1/3 of the entire company at Valve working on VR, so that is saying something.

It looks like the Lighthouse range may be unlocked or they have a new version for warehousescaleVR. I think this could be true due to the amount of VR backpacks Ive seen lately. No ones using VR back pack at home lol.

Now back to my personal Vive adventures I must admit I like the Pong Wave VR and Battle Dome. Had a quick hour sesh before and was dripping in sweat. Then jumped into bed lol. Wife loved it! Battle Dome is cool but with only being able to teleport for movement sucks. The Omni will great for it but who can afford another 1000 on top of the 5k they paid for the VR enabled pc and Vive (Aussie prices). Anyways its exciting times!

Currently own 41 VR games on steamVR (so it says, havent counted lol)

My mates are hooked on that ninja blade. Im totally surprised I havent lost a controller through a window.
