Feels a lot like controller "wins" when I get to kick back and play relaxex on the couch rather than needing to sit up and use a m/kb... this isn't a competitive multiplayer game, so the advantage of a mouse/keyboard has no actual relevance to playing the game. 2cents.gif

I am not getting the debate on this particular game as you can use BOTH KB/M and Controller AT THE SAME TIME -- on the fly, no restart of the game needed.
The original BIOSHOCK is another story which only allows a Controller to enjoy the game and the Dev never made that game PC friendly with a KB/M despite very loud outcries from the PC community. Rise of the Tomb Raider is PC KB/M and Controller friendly from Day 1. Kudos

KB/M combo works great in Bioshock, no idea what you are talking about.

Mouse and Keyboard is basically the number one reason why I never buy multiplats on console.
I have the Xbox One controller, Xbox 360 controller and PS4 controller right next to me, but I would never even remotely consider playing a game where aiming is involved with a clunky, slow unprecise controller.
I nearly pulled my hair out when I watched my girlfriend play Tomb Raider 2013 on PS3 and tried it myself.

(Don't get me wrong. My post probably sounds more offensive than I actually meant to. I love controllers and play many games like Dark Souls, Final Fantasy, Sports games, platformers and others with it, but god damn I will never unstand how people can play games where aiming is involved with controller when it is avoidable)

like wise for me, I facepalm myself whenever I see anyone playing Tomb Raider, Arkham knight and Dark Souls with MS/KB, most people who does so didn't even aware they missed couple skill buttons for the entire game. But it's all good, our personal preference =/ first world problem. MS/KB feels great for you in Tomb raider? good for you. As for myself, the only game I buy for PC are SP mulitplats.

I made gamepad suggestion to him simply because I never heard anyone I know playing this game(all with controller) die alot on first lvl's QTE, most get through with first try. The only possiblity I can think of it's someone on MS/KB and it is. Well i guess no one can get you to like what you don't, to each his own

Did they finally fix the "original Bioshock" after years and years of ignoring the PC community, Thx Cybertox for updating me. Maybe I will re-install the game and actually get to play it like a true FPS.

Sounds like you are running out of VRAM.

Cut scene FPS drops are normal. You should not drop to single figures whilst in game. If you do, I agree you may be running out of RAM or VRAM.
