Yeah, I'm not sure what nvidia was thinking releasing those other bits. These ones are clearly superior. Word is they know about it and are going to change the profile in an upcoming driver release.

If you have NVIDIA inspector installed, do these bits normally get applied automatically when you start up a game (not limiting discussion to just ROTR)?

Anything that you modify in a games profile with inspector will automatically be loaded when the game runs. No need to have inspector running or anything like that.

Think of inspector as sort of a very advanced nv control panel. It modifies the same settings that the "3d settings" section does in the nvidia control panel except you can get really deep into things and see all sorts of extra settings that the nvcp doesnt show you.

OK, I've been trying to find the answer to this question. Makes sense.

Fxaa is bad and the implementation of smaa is semi buggy. Ssaa 2x seems to be the best.

No i dont think so.
Changed sli bits to normal profile but limit it to two gpu
Although usage is lower.. Fps is equivalent or higher.

So that sli hack is flawed. Ure just seeing higher usage.
Test the initial part especially . U can see the difference.

You are free to think whatever you like, but with this change I went from ~65% GPU usage on both cards and 30-40 fps to 90%+ usage on both cards and 50-60fps.

i have tested it and that's my conclusion

so ure free to assume

u can try the normal profile but change the sli from 4 cards to two. do the comparison

also ram reserve.. this game behaves exactly like all the new games

ram reserves 2x based on sli..

So single gpu ---- ram paged = ram used+vram reserved
and dual gpu
ram paged = ram used + 2xVram Reserved.

although ram used in the game is pretty low but with that vram reserved.. its gonna be a swapping issue.

found that nowadays whenever a dev says multi gpu native support.. we will face this same issue again.

Check this out
so enjoy that fix that uses higher usage but doesnt do anything more..

Already tested this on further stages... the default with limit to two cards even if the usage is lower.. u get better FPS

I dont know why ppl always assume nvidia is dumb

Log FPS is just based on this part once loaded here just turning around....
