Nice nice, just bought a 500gb ssd to use a game drive and it's already too full to fit this on, gonna have to do some shuffling for this one.

Crossfire works like crap in this game. I have an R9 295X2 and have tried AF friendly and default settings and my load on both GPUs is all over the place in Geothermal Valley.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes works well for me too. Just go past that place and CFX usage will drop.

I'm almost in the same position. About 70gb left on each drive after the ROTTR install, looks like a game I haven't played in forever gets the ax now, probably alien isolation. Never really could get into that game

Well, I guess your best bet is to wait and hope that the game gets steam controller support.

i figured it out. Hooked up my 360 controller and everything worked flawlessly but since I bought the controller at gamestop once opened you cant return it so I messed with it a bit more. Come to find out the only way to get the controller to work is you have to go in game & to the keyboard mapping section and configure the controller to the keyboard. you basically have yo change all keyboard controls to controller controls thus rendering your keyboard useless until you reset the settings.

I do like the controller alot tho. works great in tons of games

I knew going in that ROTR had poor steam controller support so i was not too shocked to see that indeed the steam controller kinda sucks for this game. I can say it was better than i thought it would be and was mapped exactly like i would have mapped it. The look speed though, it killed it for me. I max the in-game look speed but its just not enough. I went back to my wireless Xbox controller and it works just fine.

I like the steam controller a lot. I would never try to navigate my computer with a game pad but those haptic pads on the steam controller make it as easy as controlling your tv with a remote control thumb.gif

So far I got 13 hours in, and I am around 35%. I really like to go back to previous base camps in order to get that area to a 100%. It has been a while for me that I enjoyed a pc game this much.

Damn, if that is the case then it is significantly longer than Tomb Raider as it took me 10 hours to finish the story of that one.

Took me 35 hours to get to The Lost City where I am now, but I like to explore a lot. Probably would have completed the game in less then 10 hours if I only followed the main story. Does't look like the game is longer then the first one. Feels shorter to me actually.
