And it wasn't my intention to delete the WU, i wanted to put it on hold until after the FFW.
But it seems it solved itself so no issue here.

The first 1% is longer as it the client creates all the data files for the WU. And PPD est is always way off until you complete a few % in FAHControl.

I'm didn't get any points in the last 6 hours and when i left for work it was only 3 hours away from finishing the WU.

It is going to take me minimum another 4 hours before i get home and fix it so it seems i'm out for the biggest part of the day mad.gif.

TeamViewer?

TeamViewer?
Ah ok, thanks for explaining.

I'm not allowed to install software on my work PC (also have no admin rights on my work pc. ohno-smiley.gif.
And they do a good job blocking all site were you can get software to.

I might have to partially drop out of the race. My older 980 is fluctuating voltage and core clock speed at factory settings. Seems more and more unstable. The newer 980 seems fine as well as the i5. I think I'm going to take my old 980 out of the war. I've tried adding voltage with no charge in behavior. Not sure what else to do.

Thread Starter
My 750 Ti looks like it won't drop any more points today. It's now doing a WU with an ETA of just over one day (6% done).

EDIT: Bajer29: My old 640 OC also has issues, but that card somehow makes the BCLK jump around, bringing the entire rig to a screeching halt.

My company blocked teamviewer a while back. It's really a big security risk since people could access their work PCs from anywhere without logging into the network via Citrix. But there is a teamviewer app for phones, which is what I use if I see my HFM PPD drop.

I'll look into that.
And my PC is working fine it seems, it just finished a WU of 132k points

Damn that s*cks.
Is your old 980 overclocked?

Naw, I said in my comment they were factory settings. I gave up on messing with the voltage. I just remoted in from work and everything seems to have settled (voltage and core clock are not fluctuating any more). Now usage in both cards have dropped from their normal 97%+ to only ~92%.

I'll just have to keep an eye on them. jealoussmiley.gif

I also have another question.
Does overclocking the gtx970 have a big impact to the PPD?
Because currently i'm running it stock

my 970gtx is oc to 1500 on air and it lifted points from 260-280k ppd to 320-340k ppd. its hard to put a proper figure on it as it does fluctuate depending on the jobs.

ive had to back it off to 1470 as at 1500 i had a couple of errors on jobs causing them to abort
