2x4m room? That's just barely enough to fit a bed. blinksmiley.gif

Any mancave should be able to accommodate a full spec'd PC. Rest all is optional. For me that is

Where do you live if you don't mind me asking? I mean I've heard of people living in garages before, but a 2x4m room would just be way too claustrophobic for me

So is it confirm for god sake the new 10 cores CPU will be $1500?

Look on the bright side, that's cheaper than property tax per month.

Not really confirmed, hopefully it is just a rumor that will make us believe $999 is a good deal. wink.gif

downtown, but far off the main road.

$300 is actually pretty expensive in my area, but i preferred this unit over the others.
i mean, theres a 5x4m for $500 but i've got no use for so much space, i'd rather save $200 a month.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if both Intel and nVidia do these fake leaks in order to condition us to high prices. Remember the $1350 Titan X rumor, and how some members actually thought $999 was a good deal when it released? rolleyes.gif

Are we talking USA or somewhere else? Not trying to pry but it's not everyday I see somebody using metric to describe their room. (I spent most of my life in metricized countries so I'm much more comfortable with metric myself)

5x4m for $500? Sign me up lol. Not taking the bathroom into account, my room is 12' x 13', or 3.7x4m, and I'm paying $1200/mo for it. Though as I said, for the Bay Area this is actually considered very cheap. Such is the insane housing market in the area these days.

somewhere else, i'm not from the US... XD

the rent on the main road is even more expensive than here, last time i asked it was $150 per square meter.
i'm not sure about the inner parts of the city though, i'd expect it to be even more expensive.

well anyway, i wonder whether they'd release a "cheap" 8core, if they could push one at $600, while out of my budget, would be highly appealing.
on the other hand, when will we even get a 6core on the mainstream platform, and we're still stuck with 2cores as budget options...
