Hi all,

I have encounted so many issues with my new build, its really a headache.
(which most of the parts are in RMA now..)

First off,

When i was starting to build the computer everything went great to be honest.
But as soon as the pc started to run i've encountered more and more issues.

I'd say my first big issue was with my AOC G2460PF FreeSync screen..
It happend when i put the monitor hz above 100hz.
On the new drivers, 15.11 and 15.12 i had horizontal white black artifacts.. i honesly thought my monitor/gpu was dying..
Or rather horinzontal lines flickering, i used to have a black screen while gaming followed by no signal, however this seems to be have fixed by the monitor driver update, since the black screen issue hasn't appeared in a week or so after the monitor driver updateor could be related to Kernal-Power 41 id, anwyays. i tried with my led television,i thought the issue was fixed.. but no, it re-appeared on there aswell. on the HDMI cable.. which were probably the drivers again.. 15.12 and 15.11 are not usable for me. 15.7 WORKS.
Example of the issue i had on crimson drivers.

posted this on AMD forums aswell..

Also a big post about my monitor on overclockers...

I did notice artifacts in 1 week in dota 2, which are probably driver related...
I was pretty pissed and dissapointed at this stage, regarding my monitor and freesync.. wish i went with gsync and nvidia instead.

AOC TOLD ME : that the monitor is working fine and that there is nothing WRONG with it...

Literally the problems did NOT stop for me.
After updating my Asus rampage v extreme to its latest bios,my gpu did not show up anymore in the bios as vga slot. it does detect it as second slot in the bios, not in the first slot.. it used to show up, but for some reason, its gone. i have reseated it, no avail.

Anyways.

When i woke up and booted the machine up once again, i could not boot into windows. i had a black screen, followed by bios code F6 and 61,pulled out 2 ram sticks, and it booted, tested each module with one stick, and noone was faulty. put them all back in, and it booted again..?
I posted this on the rog forums, and someone had the same issue, and told me "Add alittle vcore, cha/chb and your eventual voltages, plug in your ram setting manually, also try adjusting system agent."

Have not done this yet, havent encountered the issue yet.

After i have done the ram tests and the gpu reseating back to slot 1.
I had another issue...

Whenever i went into game, with my headset, it hear static noise now...
Even on my monitor speakers i hear very rough static noise.. less on the headphones though... only happens on the headphones when im in game.. not on desktop use.. this is all so odd. it did not happen before..

Also i had alot of errors in the event viewer.. all of the errors contained even id 41, kernal power..
There were 21 showing up.

I also encountered black screens when gaming on black ops 3, and then the monitor would go black and show no signal, resulting into manually rebooting the machine and this was on a non overclocked computer...

The motherboard however was used....

Rival 300 cursor skipping
Ducky shine 3 TKL A W D keys sometimes not responding in game ( need to repress the )
Is this bad luck or what?
Like everything is brand new, except the motherboard was refurbished.

Sorry for the long wall of text...

Thanks for reading.

I have posted this on an anandtech and they told me that i had to RMA the motherboard, since the onboard audio was also not working.

5820K stock
Asus rampage v extreme 1801 ( sold this one now, and got another one )
16GB GeiL
SeaSonic 850w evo
Fury x IN RMA
H110i GTX IN RMA
