Really pumped for it. I like relaxing and story driven games. One week to go.

Same. Will be an interesting game. Only down side I am away between 9th and 16th.

That is a shame. I am going to start playing it as soon as it releases, will definitely play through it multiple times just to see how the radio answers affect the outcomes of relationships within the game.

4 new trailers have been released:

The game runs great with normal SSAO, but if you enable NVidia HBAO, framerates falls down to 1 or 2fps in many places at 1080p. I tried 1600x900 and it ran great with HBAO... To Enable HBAO, disable in-game SSAO (set to Off), exit the game, open NVidia Inspector, create a new profile for Firewatch, make sure to press the + button to add the actual Firewatch.exe to the profile. Then, for Ambient Occlusion Compatibility setting (top-most), set 0x00140000, save the profile, and start the game again. Please do this and let me know if you also get horrific FPS with HBAO!

This is the only Firewatch thread I could find and I thought I would just say that I played and finished this game over the weekend and enjoyed it. I know that your discussions with the other lookout can change depending on your response but I don't see myself really playing it over again just for that.

I got it on sale for $13 and I think it was worth the money. Looked gorgeous and kept me engaged until the end!

Have you tried any other flags? This looks like a source game; I'm wondering if the 2F flag would work.
