Hey I can't seem to remember how many times Intel has done this, I'm pretty sure I remember at least maybe 4 from original pentium on and how many times has AMD released a Non-Functional chip? Just saying.

Um, basically every modern CPU has some errata. Filter AMD's technical documents for "revision guide"
