I have an ASRock H81M-ITX with G3258 and stock cooler. I have built PC's before so I know what Im doing. But anyways I installed everything correctly. CPU, Power for
motherboard, power for Cpu, fan for cpu. stock cpu cooler, ram and a hdd. I am using a 430w evga psu. I do not have a case, so I am trying to short the
pwr pins on the motherboard and nothing happens.
I am wondering if I received a dead/faulty motherboard or psu? How would I know which one it is? The motherboard did not come with a motherboard speaker to hear any beeps. Any
tldr; Shorting pwr pins on mobo, nothing turns on. the cpu stock fan does not spin. the psu fan does not spin when turned on (is it suppose to automatically?)
