My excitement cannot be contained right now. This will mark the first time I've been excited about a peripheral purchase in awhile. I joined a drop for the Artisan Hayate Otsu and ordered a Tourney Pro! biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif I can't wait to get rid of my worn out QCK and my monstrosity of a mouse (G600). I feel like it's going to be two different worlds going to an Artisan and cutting my mouseweight in half, literally. I can't wait biggrin.gif

Sorry guys I've lost track of how the scream one differs from this mouse. Can some one fill me in?

3360 sensor and maybe 1000hz. Other than that it is mostly subject to change. It will be the same shell.

scream1 should hopefully be improved in build quality and quality control. if you look at some youtube videos showing the tourney pro you will quickly find a much too bright LED that shines through side buttons and possibly blind u from the logo light. I also saw a video where the shell paint was so bad that the LED was shining through random parts of the top shell. apparently the side buttons are pretty mediocre as well. then there's the issue with sharp edges. on top of that the lack of software to allow changing dpi from the increments of 50 which is the native steps is pretty huge to a lot of people. 1000hz and ability to turn off LED would also be a very desired change. so assuming these things get taken care of and they add 3360, it could quite possibly for once be worth that ridiculous price tag, but ye, chances are low that they are actually going to fix these things even when they say they will. so basically, expect 3360 and absolutely nothing else. = D

Wouldn't they need a better MCU for that?

yeah but it could be done for future mice, it keeps their whole 'lan tournament' simplicity thing going. people obviously want software but they just really want to change mouse hz / other settings

looks like i'm not getting mine until the 9th, maybe 10th. gg free shipping

I like in that review when he says "This mouse is Fracking Bright the LED is way to bright it will blind your fracking eyes out" :-) I agree on that point...
