Yeah I am also interested in this. Would just like to switch to the new batch if possible instead of returning the mice.

Apologies to anyone who has been experiencing dissatisfaction in this first batch. We will be addressing everything we have heard in the next upcoming batch, as well as for the scream one.

Thanks,
Jude

yeah thats nice your fixing it for future batches, what about people like me who payed full price for this beta batch with tons of these quality issues?

Finalmouse aims to be the best and we're very sorry that you've been having problems. We are committed to being the greatest at esports gaming mice blah blah stock response

The answer is RMA or get a refund. They aren't going to do anything more and it seems clear to me that the mice they've actually released were made quickly to fund the other mice they haven't released yet. Fixing tooling is expensive as well so who knows whether the light bleed would get fixed. Of course they could just not have leds in their uber pro gaming mice which seems to be the obvious solution to me considering that it's beyond the abilities of Finalmouse to turn them off.

The man's got a point. Follow the Zowie x BenQ protocal of mass recall. Or a small discount on upcoming models for current owners via promo code. Since Jude has stated they are working to manufacture within the US, why not also follow Puretrak and have direct transactions that allows for international shipping options as well. FM can be like Deadpool from the wolverine origin movie and have a bit of all competitors' policies within one company.

first generation anything has issues

only thing I would like to see changed in future versions (or scream version) is the top material. it is smooth like a deathadder, almost too smooth. would be nice to have it a little 'grippier'

I work in a electronics company. We build lots of circuit boards and back planes. And I can tell you this, don't ever buy a Rev A anything. Wait for Rev B :-) Rev A basically equals Prototype :-)

I don't see how the light coming through the openings of the mouse is a result of the "tooling" rather than the LED location and the type of LED being used. The Dream Machines/FinalMouse PCB shows the LED next to the side buttons and it's one of those flat type LEDs. Typically there would be either a separate LED PCB attached under the wheel or a LED placed right next to the wheel with one of those LED support/cover/redirecting pieces.

The pre and over travel of the buttons is bad mold design. For the main buttons they could try to add some shims for the pre travel and for the over travel they could add some "cushion" on the mid shell. I don't know what the design for the side buttons is; all I know is they don't use a separate PCB and the they are using tact switches.

I wonder what each part weighs. Is the PCB and wheel heavier than the Zowie AM/FK/ZA PCBs? How heavy are the shell pieces? The ZA12 is 85g with two more side buttons, which adds ~5g.

Currently displaying this on Amazon.co.uk for the Finalmouse Tournament Pro.

Which I thought to be a little strange, so not entirely sure what that's about.

This is the more appropriate thread considering it is for the 2016 Tournament Uber Elite Pro Mega Xtreme gaming mouse.

It's a verified purchase as well.

Well the logo, font and colors are eerily similar to Destiny which is not something I'd realized.

Look at the logo for Jude's other company. Feenix.
