The light bleed is awful. Logitech G303 is currently $48 on Amazon and has far better build quality with a better sensor. You can even turn the leds off, adjust LOD and polling rate! Don't worry you can pay Finalmouse $70 none of that.

I forwarded my videos to FM for warranty claim. Apparently to Finalmouse support, the loose buttons are somewhat "normal". He called it the "hair trigger feature". I never heard of that, but he also said my replacement has shipped, so I'm hoping for the best. Also said if this one doesnt meet my expectations, to wait for further batches or the S1.

But the term hair trigger, for the clickers, anyone can explain?

It's a feature not a bug.

They just designed the mouse wrong. Also, it appears they will not use the D2F-01F switches in the 3360 versions, which means that mouse should also have a bunch of pre travel. If they did use the D2F-01F switch, the taller plunger could take a lot of that pre travel away or eliminate it. They could make a shim to place under the switch before it's soldered on the PCB.

That's not even all. This blows my mind though.

Apple approach.

Apple approach.

The Apple approach is now closer to denying the user any customization OR cheap repairs, it's like having your left and right click break and instead of RMAing the mouse, you just replace the microswitches but then a firmware flash breaks it intentionally because you fixed it yourself.

Even Zowie is cheaper. The difference is the rubber cable, ability to customize LOD and polling rate, and arguably better shape selection.
