Finalmouse tournament ? - Page 10

Has anyone got the mouse yet? Also I really can't tell if this mouse is bigger or smaller than the 2016 version. Is the tournament version more a palm grip or claw type grip?

EDIT: Screw it, I ordered one to try should have it Tuesday....

Looks more like a claw grip mouse. Reminds me of the fk1 shape.

It is The EXACT same dimensions as the IMO 1.1, just a little flatter on the top.

Never held an IMO, but I hope this one fits my Paw.

Dimensions don't really mean a ton, the actual shape is what matters. The signature feature of the IMO is the / \ sloped sides which the tourney pro doesn't have, and as you mentioned the tourney pro is flatter (also appears to have a lower front). The combination of those things means that it'll feel fairly different even though the dimensions are the same. Another example of what I mean is how based on length being the same you'd think the FK2 and ZA12 would feel the same, but the ZA feels longer since its hump is further back (pushes your hand a bit away from the front).

Heck there's even the fact that sometimes dimensions aren't super useful anyway. Width is just the widest point anywhere on the mouse i.e. usually the very back and not where you actually grip, and length can be misleading depending on how the front of the mouse is designed (like the tourney pro's buttons are shorter on the outside than inside near the cable, but you're not gonna be clicking at those points).

Didn't say they did though. Look at the pics and it does look very similiar. Just a flatter top.
