Was able to lower the speed to 1600MHz cl7.7.7.21, tRFC 88 1.65v

Thats slower than your stock speeds. So unless you can run Cl6 at 1600 revert to stock
Cl dive by MHZ lower numbers = faster

MaxxMem2 is reporting faster numbers, and do you even know what my kit's stock numbers are?

Benchmakrs dosen't mean everything. It can be inaccurate and totally irrelvervant to actuall performance

I would call those overclocked numbers, not stock. 1.5v and their timings are considered stock. This kit's numbers are overclocked advertisement numbers.

I have Crucial Balistix LP 16GB 1600Mhz (2 x 8GB) 8-8-8-24-2T 1.35V
Runnning at 2400Mhz 11-11-11-28-2T at 1.495V on Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe
This memory has better chip than Samsung 30nm smile.gif
Now want to put this memory on Rampage III Gene to have 48GB with 1.5V smile.gif
i guess that this ram can go much higher, even 3000Mhz.

I think I have that same kit. Bought 2 8Gb sticks separately. They do overclock very high, however the tRFC timings are way above what I am use to (208 @ 8.8.8.24 1600MHz) The tRFC timing does go down when you lower the MHz speed. When I stuck my old MGH-E ICs back in at the same MHz speed I kept the primary timings the same and the secondary was 99% the same except for the tRFC which auto'd to 98 @ 1938MHz cl8.8.8.21 Both kits were doing 1938MHz cl8.8.8.21. The performance increase on the MGH-E ICs was noticeable. It might not be on your system but on this X58 system it's noticeable.

Also in my experience, with the two kits at the same speed at timings, except the tRFC, the latency was different. Using MaxxMem2 showed an average of 5ns difference. On average the Crucial kit did 52.2ns , and the Perfect storm kit did 46.2ns. Even with IBT and memory on Very High there was an average of a .5 GFlop difference. All because of the tRFC timing from the little that I understand ...

No, I don't use AIDA64. What exactly are you looking for? Perhaps I can help from a different way

I'm interested to know what is max memory bandwidth diagram result (Read,Write,Copy,Latency) on X58 for this Crucial memory.
Also I saw that you have both X5690 and W3690. I would like to know which one CPU is able make better BLCK overclock.
