OCCT GPU Memory Errors

Hey guys,
I'm testing my overclock (GTX965M) with OCCT (http://www.ocbase.com/) and I can see "no errors" just when I keep the memory frequency on the default parameter. I want know which difference in terms of stability there is, because in another benchmark, like FireStrike, Valley, FurMark... I can push my memory frequency at 2750MHz without any problem.

So in this case:
Memory Frequency at 2506Mhz = all benchmarks passed
Memory Frequency at 2750Mhz = main benchmarks passed, OCCT give errors

What I have to do? push my GPU's memory or not?

Thanks in advance!

From OCCT Support Page:

"OCCT detects an error. Should i trust it? Yes. If OCCT reports an error, something weird has occured. For instance, OCCT asked for 2+2 to your CPU, and it got 5 as an answer, which is obviously wrong. This indicates that something is wrong with your hardware."
