Rival 700 (new mouse thread) - Page 11

A quick search is showing more stuff popping up for the Rival 700, like a overview & Videos on a normal google search so maybe it's close. Even SS announced more than one release tomorrow so i guess we'll see what unravels.

Could be the Rival 100 Red

Other new releases are Rival 95 (no led though), and Rival 500, both don't fit the picture. The only thing I can think of is Rival 100 or a new Red Kinzu with Led.

Just heard back from insider source that there will be a new mouse with Sensei form factor, sensor still unknown though, and its name won't be Sensei. Could be the old Sensei with a new name though rolleyes.gif

Me too, and just the sensei. No added weights due to OLED display or Vibration feedback or other silly features

Yep, simple mouse that feels good and has quality

I didn't know people outside the US already had this mouse for weeks. Are there any in depth reviews? I found some online, but they're not from the perspective of a serious gamer.

Has anyone tried weight reduction? Since it's only 5g heavier than the 300 it will probably be okay, but I'm thinking removing the stattrack, vibrator, rival logo, etc. could get the weight down a bit.

The 700 is ~30g heavier than the 300. You're comparing the Rival 300's weight w/ cable to the Rival 700's weight w/o cable.

Tried the mouse at a local shop, feels alright but the shape feels even worse than Rival 300, with these awkward palm lines that ruin the symmetry.

Feels like a brick. Even worse than g502/gladius. Feels like double of Rival 300 biggrin.gif

Never gonna buy this trash, even if the sensor is good. I just don't see anyone prefering such weight. It feels quite back heavy too.
