So far digging the new sqeaker

Haven't played around with it too much but so far I lilke it. A little on the heavy side but the weight is distributed very well. I'll have to read up with what do do with that 3rd side button, and see how to get the vibration thingy to work

So far for this mouse:

One review, from a website no one's heard of

no input from people that have bought it since release

an absolute shame that no one is jumping on this mouse or even giving it a chance. This is practically the best mouse i've ever used, and I dont or cant take advantage of its special features.

what gives? people are missing out on a stellar mouse.

for me it's definitivly too heavy

Mostly stock/availability issues from Steelseries. Apart from a few that's sold in the UK (and recalled due to potential cable issues), it's mostly sold in non-English speaking countries tongue.gif.

The Rival 700 is still getting the most time out of my mice, but I'm still hoping for a Rival 600 with the same shape/build quality and reduced weight or slightly shorter. Or at least give GameSense support for Overwatch. Kinda pointless to have vibration function that works with like ... 3 games.

As far as OCN goes, I'd imagine most here ruled it out because of the weight. The G502 is considered a brick here and that weighs considerably less than the R700.

Don't forget that the G900 is really the supreme SWEET spot for mouse enthusiasts now.

Far better software support and better quality, adds up to one decent input device worth keeping for years cheers.gif .

Weight, gimmicks, price. Buying this mouse I feel like I'm walking optionally towards robbers with all my money and ask them politely "Pls rob me"

I'm glad it's working out for you, but I don't really know what kind of games you play at which level, there are so many different factors for each person, and so far this mouse hasn't been designed to reach out to the majority like the Rival 300 did. (With the exception of size)

Even though I don't seem to like it, I would have bought it if it was priced like a normal mouse, but this thing is 2X the cost of any high tier mouse out there and for what? Useless features. Just can't justify the price <> what you get.

I'm almost 90% certain that you like it because of the shape and sensor, which is definitely a step in the right direction, but everything else brings it down.

They botched the release pretty heavily. Mine has been sent back already for return. Shape and sensor as well as buttons are great, the weight is pointless to so many, and kills it for them.

Mucked up release indeed.

+1 on that, it's the future of these little input devices we love or are rather addicted to. G900 at a reduced price (which I presume will happen with time) is a killer, killer I tell'ya

That mouse is not worth $99. No way in hell.
