Run by Putin right?

I've been saying for months this website is worthless and you somehow have to create drama.

Epic sarcasm fail.

what we need is performance per dollar, not a bunch of raw numbers saying "this rig is the fastest".

its much more sensible to do a "reach the target goal while using the least amount of money".
e.g. which combination will cost the least while easily capping 120FPS max settings.

If they did that then people couldn't claim that just because the Titan is the fastest card in the world their G210's were also better than anything AMD have and there are a lot of people who think this way, regardless of how nonsensical it is.

How ironic it is when gamegpu have been the sole provider as proof in this forum whenever an AMD GPU comes on top in a game....

Some test results in a summary would be more useful than adding the overall FPS from all charts

I stopped looking at their benchmarks a long time ago, their testing methodology is awful.

GameGPU CPU tests are joke. It's like they just put numbers on papers but don't do real testing, their results make no sense and don't be taken seriously.

Precisely why I stopped taking any GameGPU test results seriously.

wait am i reading this right?

the r9-280x (aka tahiti) is basically matching the GTX780? a vanilla hd 7950 is beating a gtx 680 and matching the GTX770. hilarious.

yeah, no gimping in nvidia drivers going on there. Well i guess that settles it. next gen card i gotta ditch my 970, cause i know nvidia will gimp the heck out of it if i don't and windows 10 won't let me keep old drivers. Assuming the next gen AMD cards aren't tragic like the current gen cards, i might head back to team red for a bit. I don't feel like replacing my $400 gpu every generation just because team green wants to make me upgrade.

Not really. Those card where never really that fast. AMD card where just more targeted for the future and where not fully optimized at launch. In 1 year or so 290X will beat GTX980.
