I've been trying to find the problem by googling it and I can't manage to find it all of them just say to make sure that the microphone is properly plugged in (which it is), make sure that the mute button is switched on the control box (which it is since I tried on both sides when switched).
I try to test it through many ways but it still I don't succeed.
Any suggestions ?
One way to check if your mic is working is to connect your headset with the provided headset splitter that combines the mic and audio jacks to a 4-pole splitter to a cell phone and make a call. If the mic works than for sure it's a hardware or software issue on your PC.
It looks as if you already tried a few things. Update your motherboard sound drivers: Link (Assuming you're still using an AsRock Z77 Exteme4 from your sig rig). Disconnect and reconnect the mic from the headset. Check your Recording devices under sound properties and make sure your mic is detected and the default device.
If all else fails send me a PM and i'll take care of you on our end
