Batch file to control a program UI?

Can I get a batch file to control a program UI? It is a repetitive task I want automated, the program is a physics simulator. Here are the steps I have to repeat each time I close the program to update textures and materials

I open the program > the UI of the program loads > I use the mouse to click on open scene > the scene loads > I use the mouse to click on load item (car) > the car loads.

that is the flow of the steps to open the program and load the car I need for the scene.

How can I automate that process in a batch file? Or can batch files control programs?

If not, what program would do that?
