Laptop Suggestion for Student

Thread Starter
Hello all,

I am looking for a laptop that would be ideal for a student.

Mondays and Wednesday I'll be in class pretty much all day. Battery life is important and so is portability.

I am currently using an iPad mini 2 along with a bluetooth keyboard and it just isn't cutting it.

My budget is from $250 to $350.

Thanks,

I risk being lynched, but I highly recommend a Macbook Pro. The build quality is great, student pricing will save you $100 and the battery lasts 8-9 hours easily. It will also play most games from 2010 or earlier at decent settings in a pinch.

*edit*
Sorry, I missed your budget. In that range I would seriously consider a Chromebook.
