780 ti Classidieds instant crash with SLI enabled

first post woo...

current specs:
3930k (no overclock)
Asus X79 Rampage IV Extreme (bios 4901)
corsair dominator 4x4 2133mhz (xmp profiile) w/ voltage bumped to 1.65v
evga 780 ti classifieds stock speeds(slot 1 & 4) (ln2 with skynet bios i think) (1.2v from newest precision) voltage confirmed with multimeter
corsair HX1050 psu
ocz vertex 4 120 raid 0
barracuda 500gb storage drive
Gpu's & cpu on custom liquid

Alright, the main issue with these cards is stability. its a brand new fresh clean install of w10-64, got all my mobo drivers. using nvidia driver 359.06.

On install i unplugged lan so windows couldnt download whatever BS driver it wanted too, so on first startup 359.06 with custom clean install option. (cards set to normal bios)
enabled SLI in NVCP no issue. testing the cards with heaven in sli on normal bios crashes pretty much instantly.

shutdown swap to ln2 bios, voltage set to 1.2v via precision i get the same issue. crash right out of the gate. ill get maybe .2 seconds of the bench to run and then i lose signal to my monitor the cards voltage drops from 1.2v to 35mv according to my multimeter and i have to hard shutdown.

sense the cards are on water and its a pain to swap slots with the cards my testing method for individual testing is as follows:

1.disable sli (which normally causes another crash)
2.hook up monitor 1 to card 1 via hdmi
3.hook up monitor 2 to card 2 via hdmi
4.make sure monitor 1 is primary in windows
5.in device manager disable card 2
6. run heaven - card benches with a score of 1770ish
7.re-enable card 2 (sometimes crashes windows)

restart
swap the process and disable card 1 and make sure card 2 is primary.
this card tests in the same 1770 range as the first.

EVGA screen overlay during tests does show that when i do it this way test 1 was using gpu 1 and test 2 was using gpu 2. thats my only confirmation that this method works.

now this lead me to believe i didnt have enough power from my PSU since i can bench the cards individually but in SLI its a wash. so i did have another HX1050 i could play with.
so i plugged gpu 2 into PSU 2 and re did the test above with cards individually and i get the same results. they both pass around 1770.

so i shutdown, swap to normal bios, boot. confirm that its in normal bios with green leds. I enable sli then shutdown again ( i have to swap to normal bios to enable SLI because if i do it in LN2 bios it usually kills something and i get green and red snow on screen and it completely unloads the nvidia driver)

so now SLI is enabled with card 2 on psu 2, and still insta crash with heaven. sometimes it wont even make it all the way into the heaven dragon loading screen before i loose signal and voltage drops to 35mv.

other things i have tried.

1. different SLI bridge, swapping sli bridge to different positions
2. reseating cards multiple times
3. different drivers, i tried the newest 361.43 also, being windows 10 i cant go back that far.
4. ran intel burn test on my cpu/ram to see and it passed on extreme.

before these cards i had 470's in SLI with zero issues. it seems like a voltage issue somewhere. the bios on my board everything is set to default besides ram voltage and raid turned on.

im stumped please help, any other info you need let me know and ill get it for you.

Anyone? Any help you could give him I would appreciate it. I am all out of ideas to try.. These were my classys and they were working 100% when I took them out of my loop. I have sky's bios on the cards and snip931 cannot get them stable. I think there has to be something within his system or he is possibly doing something wrong, but I am not sure because everything I had him try did not solve his problem. Thanks guys....

Well i threw it 2 air cooled 480's to see it i could get those to operate normally and everything is running fine and looks like i may have to RMA the cards. now with these cards would anyone know if i have to flash the LN2 bios back to stock for warranty? the Normal is still stock bios, or should be. going to export with gpu-z and compare to another stock bios if i can find an original to download.

tech has 2 that are for these cards but im not sure how to tell if these are stock bios or not

I think nvidia inspector tells you if your main bios is modified or not.

I have almost the same problem on my end with two 780 Ti's. I've got one Classified and one Kingpin. (I decided to put custom bios on the classified to bring it closer to the overclocking potential of the kingpin at stock - kingpin at stock LN2 bios is easily capable of 1300mhz, the classified barely manages 1200mhz)

If both cards are stock, all good, SLI works, surround works.

If the Kingpin is running modded bios, and Classy is running stock bios, all good (but not much use), SLI works, surround works.

But as soon as i start the classy up with modded bios, whether or not kingpin is on stock bios/modded bios, SLI fails half the time, surround never works, crashes Nvlddmkm.sys with BSOD when trying to enable.

I'm on windows 7 x64 though. Using drivers 347.88 and 347.09 (have always been super stable for my system).

Driving me crazy due to the amount of hours i've sat infront of my pc installing/uninstalling nvidia drivers, flashing different combinations of bioses etc.

I've heard about rev3 and rev4 skyn3t bioses floating around, but can't find, maybe they will help.
