The link above is what I am thinking of Building. I have always been an Intel/Nvidia Fan, but I do not have the Cash to spend like I Used to. My budget is $1600.00, and has to be able to run 4k. Tell me what you think. No Fanboys please.

1) For 1600 $, in all honesty, you 're better off with Intel.
2) Even if you insist on AMD, you are making an expensive mistake with some choices:
- The 9590 is an overpriced, factory overclocked FX 8 core, that is extremely power hungry. You 're better off with FX-8370 and overclocking it yourself to 4.7Ghz.
- The motherboard you picked, will be marginal for 4.7Ghz. For such clocks, better go with the tried and trusted ASUS 990FX Sabertooth R2.0.
- Better get 1866Mhz RAM.
- The PSU is too big.

But like i said, for that price range, you can get a better Intel rig for gaming.

First off the PSU is massive overkill and a 1000 watt is over then enough for that system, also note that the G2 above 850 watts does not have any hybrid fan mode.

Second forget aboout AIO coolers they are overrated overhyped overpriced and loud and there are air coolers that are better costs less make less noise and are way more reliable.

Third forget about Corsair fans as its the same story as the H110 overrated overhyped overpriced and loud and not all that great either.

Fourth no you cant run 4K with that system.

Fifth 32 GB of RAM is way overkill for gaming.

Last if you can spend this much why not get an Intel system instead? that system in the OP is a massive power hog and you can cut 250 watts off of the PSU alone by going with Intel.

Can you wait for Zen to come out?

GPU: if you want to save around $50 to $100 you can go with a r9 290 or 290x and then OC to the same spec as the 390 and 390x

So you come asking for advice but when someone points outs the flaws of the system all you do is to tell that person to get lost and start calling them names because you dont like it.
If you are not going to listen to advice why even bother to ask?

The PSU is still way overkill even for 3x crossfire and less could power that system with no problem, and again it still has no hybrid fan mode so the fan will always be on.
The EVGA SuperNova G2 or P2 1000 watt is more then enough for that build and the P2 would get you hybrid fan mode if you want that or you can get the G2.

And last those fans are not very good and not very quiet either if you want better fans get some Noctua NF-A14 fans instead.

Take the advice or not at this point i dont care.

Added a second 980Ti since you said you already have 1. I know it is just over 1600 but that is including storage which I don't know if you already have as you didn't include it in the build you linked. You could remove the SSD and bring it down to 1600. Kept the case from yours seeing as it's your preference and it's not overly expensive.

Edit: posted the wrong parts list
