No need for a Haswell 6 core for gaming.

Better off with a Broadwell 5775C because of the EDRAM.

Even a 5675C is plenty for gaming, particularly since it can be overclocked.

Bad idea to invest that much money into a 28nm GPU now. 14/16nm GPUs are too close.

Also, about the EVGA PSU suggestion:

I don't feel it is a bad idea to invest in a 28nm GPU because I already have one, So I am just adding another. There may be no need for a 6 core for gaming, but a little overkill is ok.

Thanks for the Link! I may have to consider other options.

For $1500, you should get a better case. In fact, I've discovered that a case is one of the most important factors in a PC because you'll be looking at it all the time. It's something you can also reuse long after your other parts become old and obsolete. A good case also plays a huge role in temperature and noise levels.

A warning in regards to that NZXT S340 - it's not very practical because it has no external 5.25 slots - so you can't install DVD drives, blue ray drives, or 5.25 fan controllers or extra USB ports.

The most important step for you now is to find a case that is beautiful yet functional.
