Yeah absolutely. Never anything catastrophic but enough that the fitting bases got turned enough for the oring to begin to leak. Then its a real pain to deal with because you have to somehow get the tube to twist back on the barb or it will just keep happening. Its like most things and just takes proper use. You have to grip the tubing in one hand and tighten the collar with the other or the tube wants to turn with it.

I think most people start out gripping the fitting base instead. In tight spaces it can be a real pain to get two hands in. Hard tube you can insert into the fitting with one hand and its of course stiff enough that you then just tighten the collar with the same hand or they are just push fittings anyway.

I can see how that can be a problem in cramped small places. Especially since I have hobbit hands lol...

So far I'm loving working with hard tube fittings.... but no so much the PETG.

I'm mainly going to use this rig for 4k gaming and VR/AR gaming. note/ I also own a 4k Wasabi Mango 40 inch monitor.

It all happened when I was around 9-10 I got my first PC 20 years ago. That thing had like 100MB of HD space and 512kb of memory and running windows 3.0 and eventually 3.1. I went over my friends his house and his father was an IT guy somewhere. Anyway his father showed us his computer after hearing I got one and his had aquarium tank hosing and pumps running it lol. Been hooked since.

In terms of art I wouldn't call what I do art lol..... however I have seen some beautiful machines on here. Worthy to be called art. I've mainly learned from friends dad when I was younger did my first water cooled PC around 16. Everything else has been from hands on helping friends and relatives build/service their PC's. note/ Don't tell anyone you know a lot about computers..... the never ending questions and texts will begin and never stop... lol

I've taken one philosophy on my approach is that I just go with the flow... I don't do a lot of beforehand planning.
