And there was me thinking I might be silly for suggesting an SSD rolleyes.gif

Perhaps this guy owns a patent for HDD technology...

Seriously though the more you try and climb out this hole, the further it caves in on you!
Perhaps fly over to England and I'll give you a demonstration of my 950 pro M.2 in action?

Heyheyhey, chill out bro there is no HDD conspiracy lol, this is a standart feature that works for all drive and that has been impleme ted from quite some time, this is no magic trick lol
dis ? i guess i should have said 'all kindz of drivezz' because it both works for HDD and SSD, hence the asking for a comparison.

ou could put an SSD into some dualcore machine and have a better windows user experience than with a state of the art intel 6 core.

random access time is a serious bottleneck for stuff like opening programs, as they often have many different files to access, to start up.
yeah, sorry for not answering your post, was too busy the first time arguing with people calling me a 'troll'.
Also yeah, storage components actually influences stored data treatment, i guess that's a good start to defend a ssd ?
But try gaming on the said dual core and you won't at least have too much time regretting putting lotsa money on the SSD because the gaming experience sucks, as the loading times may be slightly shorter.

pls read the posts about cold and hot boot
pls maybe post link to recent comparison

I think we can put an end to this discussion on this thread, the OP came from advice and we have given it to him.
If you want to attempt to disprove the efficiency of SSDs, please take it to the relevant category...

I dunno man, the OP still hasnt posted anything new yet, if you're outta arguments/data you can safely go away then i suppose ?

edit : sorry dude, i thought we were gonna go fishing on your boat

Oh well i guess i have offended another 'component worshipping' community, this one is way less nasty though : you guys do actually try to argue by finding some (old maybe but ok) sources/data, appreciate it.
