Nope. XboX one is faster. Poor optimization.

Digitaly foundry showed how i3 4130 is bottlenecking GTX 750TI even at lowest settings they couldnt reach stable 30 fps.

Often consoles do have different settings. Even lower than lowest on PC. You cannot compare it like this actually. Developers don't turn down settings with sliders like we do. They work with numbers while coding the game and some things might be drastically different on Xbox One compared to PC.

Also the Xbox One has a different CPU with more cores. Maybe the game would run much better on a CPU that isn't an i3.

I find the i3 4130 and 750 Ti results shocking and unbelievable, when the minimum system requirements ask for i3 2100 and GTX 650.

The minimum to run the game, not to play with high settings.

i3 4130 has 2 generations of improvement over i3 2100 and GTX 750 Ti is equivalent to GTX 650 Ti Boost, so it should at least be acceptable.
