Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer stuck at 1333 MHz with Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5

Hey guys,

I can't seem to get my memory to run at full speed. My motherboard seems very insistent on underclocking it at 1333 MHz. I've tried enabling and disabling XMP Profile 1 as well as manually setting the memory multiplier to 18.66, but it just stays clocked at 1333 MHz no matter what I do. It's interesting, after manually setting the multiplier and restarting, the Bios shows the memory frequency as 1866 MHz greyed out in the right column, but it's still showing 1333 MHz in the left column and in OSX.

It might be worth noting that I am running OSX on the machine, but the Bios is also reporting 1333 MHz as my memory frequency, which leads me to believe this problem is unrelated to OSX.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5
Bios: F6
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 4GBx2 (BLT2KIT4G3D1869DT2TXOB)
CPU: i5-4670k
OS: OSX 10.11.3

Thoughts?
